One thing that'll need to be done is make raid gear bind on pickup. With legendaries and exotics bind on equip.
Do this so people can't get these items, try them and trade them when they don't like then. Or so people cannot just get raid gear and give it away.
Very similar setup to what MMOs like WoW use.
