The SunSinger class already has the ability to increase the speed of nearby allies grenade and super charge. Include a choice on the same level of the training tree that provides a slow HoT that is only triggered when out side the radius of the SunSingers area of influence. The HoT will only act to heal 20% of the guardians total health.
