It seems they are getting steadily worse. I once got Gjallarhorn, Hard Light and 77 Wizard in one week of nightfalls. Those days are long gone and my rewards have been going downhill on a weekly basis. It seems Bungie thought they were giving too much away and nerfed it, but I think they nerfed it too much. Ascendant materials are not worth as much as they once were, especially shards as everyone is aiming for new raid gear and exotics which don't use them. They should be removed from the Nightfall loot table, at least strange coins can be used to buy things. Not too happy with Legendary engrams being in there either, far to often they turn into shards/energies. Engrams from Nightfall should be guaranteed to turn into something. Bungie did it with Exotic engrams, remember when they turned into ascendants? Oh the Cryptarch was not very popular back then.
