I made this video to show off how good "no land beyond" is in the right hands, although its tough to learn, once mastered its very good, especially because now any abilities you have that effects your primary (like my knuckle head radar exotic helmet) also effect the sniper, sniper with always having radar is pretty awesome if u ask me.
first video is short montage
second video is crucible rumble match going 20-4

How are people calling me an awful player because Im good with a weapon that you think is bad... They hate me cus they ain't me!

Editado por Taleeah: 12/29/2014 9:02:35 PMReally horrible videos. You could have done better with any other gun. All I saw in the Rumble video was someone getting kill streaks when using heavy ammo as bait. You didn't showcase the gun at all.
-
Half of those kills aren't even from the NLB, mostly just grenade kills
-
Editado por sy2mj: 12/29/2014 8:57:17 PMFirst video is not impressive except of the kill combinations with melee and grenade or headshots. Second one is very nice. Congratulations you mastered an underperforming weapon like very few people can. BUT in combination with your invisibility + melee attacks you could have used a weapon which is even worse. There is no 1 vs 1 usability of the gun.
-
Lol, is garbage. All it is, is some stupid clips of getting kills with it. Let me just grab my green HC that has a 3 round clip and super low RoF and try and get kills with it and make an edited together video showing me getting like 11 kills over the coarse of 30 games.
-
Good/bad debate aside, there are just too many better options for a primary to make this gun useful.
-
These are montages...not streaks. Post your streaks with the weapon and ill be impressed
-
You should get clips of you getting feeds though. That's more impressive getting feeds in destiny.

11 RespuestasEditado por Ghost J34: 12/29/2014 4:35:33 PMOnly two minutes in and you've missed 2 of your melee attacks already with no headshots. I cringed and closed the video. What a joke. Edit: Also lol'ing@the constant use of invisibility. Such crutch, much skill - goodluck playing any other class.

Kids like you are so dumb you tired to make it look like a montage but you failed if i made a video showing me getting a kill with the badjuju would it mean its good? Sad... Just sad

You have not mastered No Land Beyond. If you had, you would have used nothing else in that rumble match, and still done just as well. You also didn't seem to ever get headshots with it, the main goal of any sniper rifle. What you have done, however, is master the use of your class along with No Land Beyond. The vast majority of the kills you gained in the rumble match and in the montage were using grenades or melee in tandem with No Land Beyond, as well as making use of your super and other weapons. This is commendable, but shouldn't be necessary. A good weapon should be able to kill an enemy by itself before the enemy can do the same to you. No Land Beyond simply can't accomplish this. It's a weapon that is almost required to be used along with something else to complete a kill, and at that point it just isn't worth the effort. By itself, No Land Beyond's time to kill is just too long, and the penalty for missing even a single shot is certain death. If you can manage headshot kills or what you've been doing with it, then by all means you can keep using it that way. However, if you ask me, the amount of effort and plain luck this takes is just too much to call it op, and even a bit of a stretch to call it so much as decent.

2 Respuestasi -blam!-ing love no land beyond its mlg mountain dew dorito scrub killing rekt but your videos were just plain shit
-
you were invisible or crouching to get invisible 75% of the match. i would love to see the same match with any other subclass so it seems more "gun kill" instead of "ninja stealth melee kill"
-
You sir. Are just awful

Editado por JHarv: 12/29/2014 8:07:30 PMThis is my new favorite thread on the forums. Buddy comes in all high and mighty, claiming people have no idea how to "master" a bad exotic, and gets totally shut down and belittled. Like just ripped apart. How fantastic.
-
8 Respuestasi have mastered the weapon to the point i can headshot 95% of the time in rapid succession o.o

3 RespuestasYour really bad :|

16 RespuestasLawl, your rumble video. Yeah let me show you guys how this gun is OP. Shoots once and goes in for a melee. Dude you have to get the full kill with NLB. Can't just claim it's OP because you finish off people with melees. Nice campy play style btw.
-
Half of them were already at half life dude! Before they were even shot with the NLB! The other few kills took twice as long from the stupid reload time! So many other better sniper rifles to choose from that DONT take up a exotic or primary slot!
-
I watched 3 minutes of your Rumble video and only saw one kill with the scubby sniper weapon. Rest were grenade and Melee kills. Your video mainly just shows how terrible the scrub sniper weapon is, because anytime you are stuck having to load next bullet, you have to hop around and try to get Melee or grenade kill.
-
Another invisible, camping, sniper noob. Great job, OP.
-
lmao oh yes, you totally mastered it :)
-
3 RespuestasWatch it becomes a gun that everyone will be sorry they didn't get when it was available... like the Gjallehorn or IceBreaker.
-
7 RespuestasHere's the thing. I can make a clip video of the worst gun in the game just by showing when I actual get the kill. It's a whole other thing when you show me a game from beginning to end of you wrecking face.
-
LOL that was a horrible rumble match. Half the time you are finishing off the kill with a melee or knife. 80% of the time you rely on going invisible. only a few of the kills were actually from NLB. You tried really hard in that game and yet only a few kills were from the gun you equipped.... How does this prove NLB is "OP" or even usable or that matter?
-
3 RespuestasI can't believe that you'd even say that you're "good" with NLB. You're not. The 20-4 video is simply hilarious. Try making a video where you use JUST NLB. That means no heavy, no special, no knifing people. Hell, I'd say no going invisible, but I doubt you'd be getting any kills at all then, so feel free to sit in a corner trying to go invis before every confrontation. If you can manage to do that, and still come out with at least a 2.0 kdr, then you can call yourself good with NLB.

1 RespuestaI'm sorry but you have just taken the best parts of various games that doesn't mean crap. And your hardly getting any precision shot kills. Well at least from the first couple minutes I saw. Not hating stating the facts.
