As we all know Thorn is currently a beast in PvP in the right hands and pretty decent at PvE, what if Rose's perks worked better towards the PvE side of the game and not the PvP side like thorn currently does... (2 headshot + bleed = a kill) but this is not necessarily true in PvE and is subject to the strength of the enemy... So I personally think we should think of perks that could be useful more to PvE as well (not that MotD isn't). Obviously we want it to be a bad ass but let's be honest, no one wants something too OP... E.g. -------------------Exotic perk-------------------- ●Know thy enemy-(by scoring crit hits, you learn how to injure the enemy more) ============================= Consecutive precision hits grant a stacking damage buff, 5% per precision hit... Lasts 3 seconds each. A miss removes a stack, normal hits do nothing... (Maybe a more potent buff but only stacks on enemies individually, like 'x' precision hit multipliers may be on one enemy but it doesn't affect damage dealt to other enemies? Could be good for PvP balancing if some were needed, not sure if it would because it would only turn into a 2 headshot kill if you killed a person with only headshots then moved onto the next within 3 or 4 seconds and then got more headshots where as Thorn is always a 2 hit headshot) ●Rebirth- (bullets are reborn to mag as the gun is now reborn into the rose) ============================= Precision hits have 'x'% chance to return the bullet directly to the magazine, let's say 30-50% ish or something OR a combo of both but weaker versions... (I'd say this or the first one, rebirth doesn't feel too exotic but what are your ideas on it?) -------------------First upgrade perk--------------------- ●Firefly? ●Mulligan? ●Outlaw? If you can't tell, the theme here is precision... But if this isn't for the Rose, I still would like this on an exotic HC either way:) Love those things EDIT: This would still sort of keep this and TLW as yin and yang because TLW endorses hip fire while the latter being aim/precision centric
