To clarify I'm not talking about present day planets. Im talking about what they consider a planet in destiny cause the Traveler shattered what we knew about science with its very arrival. Another thing I know Pluto isnt a planet today so stop telling me. I was alive for that. I am not going to reply anymore, tired of the hate. Love you guys and later.

3 RespuestasPluto isn't a planet ;P

The nine are not planets..they are intelligent entities. They can communicate.
-
This is obvious no need for stupid thread
-
Heads up, Pluto has been reclassified as a planet.
-
Maybe it's all just a typo and it's meant to be agent of the Nein. Otherwise know as Dr. No in english and is related to Dr. Nope the autorifle. Xur spends all his time working against James Bond and we are all part of spectre

"When I was a child, there was thought to be nine planets. But there are now 90 planets."

Hmmm. So Agent of the Sol System: Xur...interesting

16 RespuestasNeil Degrasse Tyson said pluto is a planet and he's the one who got it bumped in the first place

2 RespuestasEditado por IamPluto: 12/18/2014 5:33:27 PMFirst of all, I am a Planet :) Second, aren't the nine apart of Jovian planets? If so then they are problem 9 creatures from the Gas Giants.

2 Respuestas
That is all. Question answered.
Do you really think we would care what a panel of scientists said thousands of years ago when we are dealing with the post apocalypse? Or do you think a group of celestial bodies that can have an agent like xur would care who defined them as a planet or not? Our definitions matter not to mother earth. We could call earth a giant ball of cosmic fluff and not a planet she would still fly through the system.

Ring wraiths? Borg? (as in Seven of Nine)

7 RespuestasSquare root of 9 is 3. 3 corners on an equilateral triangle Illuminati confirmed.

Pluto's a planet again.

Pluto's a planet again

Plutos a planet again

The grimoire card combined with dinklebot mentioning the warmind of mars always made me think the nine are all warminds built to defend each planet.

Editado por Hugh: 12/18/2014 7:07:48 PMI'm probably wrong but I always thought way too deep into it. I always assumed that the 9 were a group who operated in the 9th dimension or something.....that made me feel nerdy

2 RespuestasEditado por Bucket of Tears: 12/18/2014 4:43:17 PMPut on your tinfoil hats: What if the planets in our solar system are some sort of living thing, or are controlled by a sentient being? What if when the traveler came it was just unlocking their true potential i.e. the terraforming and accelerated growth. I guess that sounds pretty crazy lol
-
10 RespuestasI don't know what the fuss is about. Science is always back tracking on itself. For all we know, we could have 11 planets.
-
6 RespuestasBut...but...Pluto isn't a planet. And if it is, aren't there several other objects in the same classification as Pluto so that would then make more than 9? ;) Good try tho, theory crafting is always fun. Having someone come on here acting all high and mighty like they are the only person who could have possibly figured this out is not. That is what your tone implied.

3 RespuestasIn pirates of the Caribbean there where 9 pieces of 8. So xur is an agent of the 9. And there's 8 planets, so xur is from the ninth planet in a system that's got 8 planets. Mind blown.
lol this is just some random number connection here. I hope they do go in to xurs back story.
