Considering the sniper has the highest impact in the game... I think it's worth it. I'm going to reroll for field scout and get a Arc&Void one. Then get the black hammer for solar. It is a legendary so i won't rely on icebreaker anymore! Can't wait. I'm rank 3, halfway to rank 4
