the new raid sucks ass!!!
I know the drops are random and that's fair enough but I did the new raid yesterday and literally all I got was shards and energy I mean come on surely it's a bit unfair spending hours just to get all that bullshit

The only way to get shards is from the raid, with a maximum amount of shards being 10-12 per run, that's getting shards every single drop. It takes 7 shards per upgrade. So even if you get a raid piece, you still need the shards to upgrade it. Considering you can only get a maximum of 12 a week, be very -blam!-ing happy that you got those shards. Because at that rate you would need to run the raid for a month, every week, get at least 7 shards per run, and that month of work would let you upgrade... yep you guessed it... a single raid piece to full. That's with one character, not including alts, but it carries over to alts unless you made more of the same toons(ie. 2 hunter, 2 titans, 2 Warlocks). So, you see everyone complained about getting shards from VoG and this is what they did. It's because of the constant whining that this shit happens in the first place. I'd be more than happy getting anything at all from the raid, especially shards because you can't get them anywhere else. It also seems that you are level 29 too, so technically you shouldn't have even been in the raid and your complaining? Bungie would take one look at this and tell you that you got carried, shut up.

And if you had of got the gear you would then be bitching about the shards, 21 shards per raid piece, I have a full raid set but don't have the shards so stfu, you're wasting forum space noob

Shards are just as important as the gear. Shards are to raid gear as gas is to a car.

5 Respuestasdont be upset the new armor is basically useless witiout sharda and energies. you need 21 a piece so don't fret. I got boots and gloves in one raid and its only week two it took me 12 completions 6 of those double loot hard modes to get VoG gear (I still dont have -blam!-ing vision of confluence) so CE is at least better in that respect thus far.

I found that if you have a goal, that you might not reach it. But if you don't have one, then you are never disappointed. And I gotta tell ya, it feels phenomenal.

In vault of glass, i still haven't gotten my full set of raid armor but im comparison to '[b]Crota's End[/b]' they have adjusted the loot to be more enriching (higher chance of obtaining said gear)..
