In regards to cheesing Crota
When do you have the person leave the fireteam?
Right as he starts to take a knee
While he's completely on a knee? Or what
Edit: Thank you community for reminding me why I left the Halo MLG scene, y'all are all jerks when someone asks for advice.
Anyways, the answer to my question seems to be anytime before he's back up. The transition period between going down on a knee and actually being knelt down is reported to be best, but connection delays can make it be completely varying.

They paid for the dlc they own that as well if they want to play the game any way they want quit complaining. Complain at bungie for letting a glitch like this out into a "finished" product.

I didn't even realize you could cheese him. Its kind of pathetic that people have to cheese. Got Crota in 10 minutes on our first try last night. Piece of cake.

Only on 360 right? I tried on ps3 and didn't work. (Crota is way to easy to cheese ) but just want to see if it worked. Any idea on how to do it on ps3

Swim was in a party that used the exploit and the ft leader just dashboard'd (Xbox guide, y, a) right *after* his shield hit 0. Swim said he never got up

How does the host leave without porting everyone else with him? He quit and someone was made host at the same time. If he made someone else leader than quit there would be a delay there. Anyhoo... I've beaten him 4 times legit anyways but I have no problem with people cheesing. To each there own. Bridge can be cheesed. Crotas debuff can be removed. Every raid gets cheesed and glitched, bungies fault not ours.

Haha this is the reason why the Hard Raid is coming out in January so exploits like this can be found and patched by then. Get what you can now cause otherwise, no one is gonna carry you in the Hard Raid.

Just beat it legit and move on. It is fun and rewarding to see him die after your hard work. Cheering is just stupid because the raid is so short anyways that you don't even have to rush through, except running from the thrills, but still.

Thanks for the thread. There are benefits to these. People who hate you can rest in the fact that it's now exposed more and will be patched. People who think it's fun and enjoy these quick tactics learn ways to to do them.
