Trust me if you do the bounties everyday you WILL be level 3 by the time the hard raid is out, so you will be able to upgrade the new weapon

That is besides the point. One could possibly be that, but then again your guns like the murmur and possibly others you may have to wait to get that orb. The point is while a hunter my reach level 3 in two weeks while it may take a warlock 5 weeks. In other words you get upgrade all your shit while others have to wait who are putting the same amount of time in the game upgrading and completing bounties if not more time.
