So let me get this straight... Last Iron Banner, I spent a lot of time to reach Rank 5 to acquire Ghelon's Demise (scout rifle) and the armor pieces. Then went and spent 30+ motes of light reforging it to the specs I wanted so that I could kick ass next Iron Banner - only that now they are basically shit because of the new patch? Am I right? Not to mention that they dropped the exotic buffs a week before, so that we leveled them up and now I have to do it again? I'm butt hurt.

Anyone done the bounty purchase the urn of sacrifice from xun? I never know where to find him or when he's about

Thanks bungie phucks for helping me to get on with my life. I had been spending way too much time enjoying the daily/weekly/nightfall missions and not enough time playing other games or learning French. Locked out because I am unwilling to layout more cash for the expansion pack of a decently entertaining game (the experience is not worth the extra money). You could have just added levels/areas that were locked to cheap people like me but no, it made more sense to take away from the fundamental game experience. But again, that's ok; I will get CODAW tonight and patiently wait for Halo 5 (the only reason To have xbox1) from 343 Industries. I will remember this... P.S. screw learning French.

One more thing why'd you guys remove first light and bastion from control and clash? I liked the big maps to be in the mix, now I feel like I'm not getting what I payed for. I'm not feeling that guys especially when combined arms is not a playlist set permanently. Those big maps were fun.

Ok first off. If you want an easy game go play Pac Man, this game is meant to be hard not easy, why play an easy game? You like things getting handed to you without having to work at it? Have no competitive spirit? Do you get enjoyment for getting things you didnt earn? This game is meant to be a challenge not meant to be a Pac Man game or mario kart game, this game requires you to think and use tactics and have TEAM WORK, if your a lone wolf, then your going to be screwed on alot of the new things, I know....Iam a solo player, but I can deal with the new stuff, why? Because challenges makes you better at any game you play, if you get things handed to you you stagnant and never become any good. If you think that last statement is false then you need to reevaluate your priorities This game has a lot of potential and is still a very enjoyable game, Im enjoying every bit of it. For all those players that are whining about there 50k exotics and 100k legendaries that you keep on you, I got one word for you.....WHY????? You can only use one exotic at a time, and everyone knows solar damage works against any shield, so why have all those exotics and legendaries in your inventory? it just takes up space, I use 2 exotics on each of my characters, one sniper rifle and one rocket launcher the rest are legendaries in the rest of the slots and I only have 1 in each spot, thats all you need, since I can only fire one weapon at a time so stop complaining on a mute point, basically my point is if you dont like the game then please leave, stop whining, stop threatening to leave and just leave please! The sooner you leave the happier you and everyone else will be.

So, I wasted my time upgrading all my weapons and gear to max... And now, the EXACT SAME WEAPONS and GEAR are better?!?! WTF?!?! No option to upgrade current gear to the new max statistics WITHOUT sacrificing EXP gained?! Weak.. Lame..

Well done Bungee. DLC come out so the 26 vanguard playlist is now DLC only. The weekly too. The nightfall too. And then, today, the daily too. I have the DLC so me and my hunter can just get on with it but ffs Bungee put a fallback cycle in place for non DLC owners, it's really not that hard and makes you look just a bit less unprofessional.

So do the new weapons in the VOG drop with higher stats or are they the same as before?

Not sure I understand all the gear implications with the dark below release. A couple of questions i would appreciate anyone answering for me: 1) should I bother upgrading legendaries that dropped for me before the expansion release? So far as I can tell the answer is no, just wait for new legendary drops or new vanguard and crucible weapons/gear. 2) is there any point to raiding vog now? Thanks all
