#14 has appeared for me several times on moon and once on Earth, but the in game text is "Blades of Crota have invaded the area." The central enemy is named "Blade of Crota". Is this different for some people? Also, someone else mentioned this I believe, but the two glitched ghosts (Bunker RAS-2 on Earth and Freehold Station on Mars) have been fixed. Another person mentioned that this was fixed prior to this patch, but for myself and my wife, the Earth ghost was not present as recently as last Wednesday. I collected the two myself and verified that the Grimoire cards unlocked just now.
