The Public Event reward is given to you directly upon completing the event with gold. They made it BETTER.

I have received 6 Motes for first event reward. No coins, no materials, just Motes. That's not exactly better.

Basically every time after that I wouldn't get anything. Did they change the chances of getting items for doing numerous events in a day, with the patch? Or did they change it to just the first event of the day rewards you right away, and you're still unlikely to get anything the rest of the day?
