Could just be coincidence but I turned in 2 blue engrams and they both turned into legendaries and that never happens to me. I also got a legendary engram drop from a harpy and I've only gotten 2 drops since the cryptarch patch. Anybody else getting what seems to be more frequent legendary engram drops and/or higher chance of rare to legendary engram exchange?

Yes! Turned in six blue engrams last night and two of them turned into legendary gear. Felt really lucky.

I think the cryptarch is slightly more generous as well. 2 out of the last 9 blue engrams I turned in turned into legendary items.
