Since patch I've ran into two random events (one on Venus, one on earth) where all lower level enemies disappeared and masses of higher level enemies spawn like crazy killing everything in their path..
So much death, guardians falling all around me, in the end I was the only one left....

This happened to me on the Rocketyard Earth. It happens in areas with two enemy types that fight each other. It is like a war between the two types that randomly happens. It is fun when there are a few guardians in the area.

Yea we where by the old loot cave, and their where like 6 or 7 other guardians.. It was awesome!!

It really was pure fear.. "Don't die, don't die, don't die!!"

Back in the good old days, when I was a young Guardian this used to happen at the infamous Loot Cave. I still visit the pile of ashes for a weekly memorial service.

Damn, they nerfed my favorite 2 kills with a Fusion/3 or more with a Super spot. Just have to find another, or go back to the old one. And its not about Cheese or Cheating, its about efficiency. Time is Glimmer.

Lvl 20, "Help they have me surrounded". Lvl 29/30, "Yay I can attack in any direction".

Try level 11's and 12's and a few 20+, and all the enemies started at 20 and slowly went up with each wave..

I know but I've never seen it like this, they started at level 20 and kept going up!! I completed like 5 of my bounties off of that one setting.. And I've also never seen them do that many.. It was awesome..

I had this happen on Venus near the VOG it was like "10/10 sacrifices " or something... I just kept killing stuff

No that's a community event this was just a massive battle.. The first between hive, and fallen, and the second between vex and fallen.. Only on a massive scale with a lot of high levels..
