Is it me or does the spawn rate of destination material seem to be increased? Also the locations seem to be more abundant now. Maybe it's because not as many people are farming them?

I went to Cosmodrome this AM to complete the melee kill 30 enemies bounty. Right as I spawn, I see a Knight with the Sword of Crota. I also noticed a LOT more Vandals and Dregs than normal in the usual spots. The spot directly to the right with the shipping containers usually has 1 Vandal, 2 Dregs or 2 Shanks. It now has at least 6 enemies. More enemies all over as far as I can tell. Even the Daily Heroic has a LOT more enemies.
