No longer have to return to Tower to receive reward for Daily Public Event
Also, some missions are not showing Ability and Precision kill counts at the end for some reason.

i noticed that on the daily mission yesterday. i got a sexy new cryptic dragon and was nailing headshots the whole time. i was looking forward to seeing my precision kills stat.

What's the point of doing them if you don't get a guaranteed reward after the first one? Am I the only one who did one everyday just for that?

Didn't get marks/rep/mat for completing first gold public even or any after with the new update. I guess they took the package in the tower away too?

I've been getting Motes, pops up on right side of screen. I think you have a chance at ascendant materials now, rather than guaranteed through post office.

Yes, I suppose the sentence may have been worded poorly. I was referring to the chance immediately after the event, as opposed to the chance at the post office - which in retrospect could also be coins or motes.

There has always been a chance to get materials from doing an event. They just took away the guaranteed reward for the first event of the day.

Yes, sigh, I know, hence the post above acknowledging that. Nevertheless, thank you for the clarification. Regarding your post, did the motes not replace the guaranteed reward, or do you get a mote for every event completed?

did you get any marks or rep when you completed it? The package was a nice bonus but really was in it for the marks you get for doing a gold
