You can now get the faction emblems out of the packages instead of the faction class item(cloak, bond, or mark).

Yeah I received Revenant, The Hanged Man, God of War and a couple others. I usually include a faction level up a day after I do the bounties.

Haha I know! It baffled me the first time I got the same cloak I was wearing from an engram. At least now that won't happen.

why would you rank them up further than 3? i mean, sure... the slim chance of getting one of the weapons they do not sell. but i think it is more likely to get those from normal engrams or rewards.

I've gotten tons of faction weapons/armor that way, not so much recently though as I haven't been doing any strikes...I guess it's getting a bit stale.

yeah, just got a lord high fixer as reward for the daily. never had a legendary as reward before

The gifts are often unique and now they have added the term commendations, making doing so a badge of honor and distinction

i think i have gotten 1 shader from rank packages and i have vanguard at 18 or 19 now. are there any unique faction shaders?
