I went with future war culture because of the armor stats. Oddly enough, I never got any because I don't like crucible. I incorrectly thought at first that my vanguard marks would go towards them too. I have one of their shotguns as a drop that is pretty decent. I would probably go with new monarchy if I actually did crucible for the weapons, although I think dead orbit has decent guns....
