I got dick. Just bought the shoulder but not a single weapon. Two legendary engrams: shards and Strange Suspect(scrapped it too). All that time spent and all I wanted was Timur's Lash. One day maybe I'll play a game not effected by this tactic that artificially prolongs games (RNG).
