It does a bit less damage, as a Level 27 using the Shingen-e its a beast. Especially if you get one with the second half of the clip doing bonus damage to offset the level advantage. My Thorn does basically nothing compared. Plus the level advantage is there but it doesn't make a 5 level difference a godly one.

2 RespuestasBased on the graph they sent out 5 levels only works out to be like 10% damage reduction. So the "within three levels to be competitive" doesn't really seem accurate. The low level 20 blokes are getting hammered tho.

notsureifsrs. I've been doing IB on my 24 alt with maxed out Suros and TLW, and it takes him twice as long to kill 28s-30s than it takes them to kill me. If he's trashing you guys, with a blue weapon no less, you're just terrible.

1 RespuestaLower levels can still kill a level 30, just not as easily. Shotguns and fusion rifles are still one shot irrespective of level.
