You can get it now with the pass or get it later on with the dlc, the only benefit with the pass is the sparrow earky

Yes. On Dec. 9th you will get barrel rolls. Like me. I was confused also and only got TDB. At least you waited in case you want it now. They were not clear in the 13th notes, hence the thread and video because they know they -blam!-ed up not saying season pass directly.
