OMG the nightfall is impossible solo
Has anyone completed it yet ?? What did they do to this update???? It's silly hard! Laughable

2 RespuestasIt was harder than normal, but you were using Arc damage, weren't you? My mate and I used Patience and Time and literally smoked them. 2 Shots and them captains are down, wizards maybe 3. Nightfall is all about the damage type, whether it be Solar, Arc, Void, Kinetic etc

There are camping spots in every stage of the strike. In the part with the mesh layers just hide in the ditch near the cave. In the fight with sepiks there's a room to the left as soon as you walk in. It's easy

It's easy I did it solo on all 3 characters but I was using the thunderlord

Yea this nightfall was pretty hard with my hunter since she was lvl 27 solo and gets killed after 3 hits from any arc dmg but anyone can beat it if u do it slow and carefully. It is hard if u don't notice u gotta be careful the whole time... It took me more than 10x to finish this one with my hunter and it was pretty easy w/ my lvl 30 warlock and lvl 28 Titan but after finishing It w/ 3 of my characters I get vanquisher w/ poopy skills twice and apotheosis with better stats than my current maxed out apotheosis so pretty much I got 6 AE and 6 AS which is poopy

It is able to be solod because I solod it on all three of my characters. You just have to play smart, not aggressive

Editado por awclin: 11/19/2014 11:09:28 AMNot solo'd it, but i bet it would be easy enough as long as you're patient, have the right weapons, and know the good spots. barring a bit of bad luck with lightswitch. 3 of us went in with max'd patience and time, and arc rocket launchers with target tracking. Both the devil walker and sepiks were down inside of 40 seconds.

I admittedly did it with a friend but if you camp in the staircase on the left when you enter and focus fire on the boss as much as possible its not that much trouble to bring him down, just takes time.

Which part can't you do? Did it with a team yesterday, and it was pretty easy with arc weapons

Clear the room, send out the ghost And run like hell to the tunnel with the glowing green crystals.. Fire up patience and time, get mad with The Swarm and just take your time... After that it's a breeze

It's funny, got bored and decided to check the people replying saying they've solo'd it. Probably only about 1/4 have actually done so. I usually solo NFs the first time, but helped a friend tonight. It's all patience based. Just gotta take your time and make sure your doing the right stuff. Even tonight, he died and was like...nope, leave me Finish the boss, don't wanna do this crap all over again.

Definitely not impossible solo. Kinda easy if you know the spots to camp in. Maxed out fatebringer Maxed out patience and time Maxed out arc the swarm machine gun Piece of cake. Though from doing nightfall 3 times i got two pairs of No Backup Plans and another suros regime. All i want is hard light, RNGesus why wont you give it to me?

4 RespuestasI soloed it.. but it was hard and i don't think i could without fireborn, this patch jacked up the hp and sheilds alot. A1 scout rifle cant headshot kill acolytes anymore, shanks take 2 ice breaker shots now, 2 shots just to take the sheilds off a wizard. I have to unload almost full clip of an arc zombie apocalypse to kill 1 captin. Invis snipers taking 2 7k head shots to kill. They said they made it scale up less, which to do that they just scaled up solo, so the gap was smaller.
