Basic Vault of Glass tip you wish more people followed
For me it is regarding the relic holder during the Atheon fight.
The relic holder should give a final cleanse inside the portal when there are still 2 oracles left, then immediately leave the portal and head to the middle tower. This gives everybody outside an extra 5+ seconds of shooting at Atheon during Time's Vengance, while still giving the two guys on oracle duty enough time to kill the final oracles and make it to the relic holder to be cleansed This is such a simple tip, but so few people follow it.
Nothing like having the relic holder pop his bubble when Time's Vengance is already down to 20 seconds.

I'm with you on that. People are to slow getting the relic to the middle during times vengeance

13 RespuestasI tend to disagree with the gathering in the center and putting up the barrier strategy. You can't use a rocket launcher inside it (gjallahorn is the single best thing to use on Atheon imo), and people either get decimated on the break or by splash damage slipping in. Most importantly, you lose the added damage from the relic's super. We prefer to spread out a little and keep to cover.

1 RespuestaYup! This is the strategy I use. 2-3 cleanses depending on the speed of the oracle killers. Preferably two. Kill the adds, run back up & cleanse. Once they reach the bottom of the stairs & there's about 3 oracles left, cleanse & tell them I'll see them on the outside. If they're moving slowly then I also cleanse them once they start working on the last two oracles.

5 RespuestasIf you're teleported and not holding the relic, toss a grenade into the middle. Gets a hit on the adds and clears a path for the relic holder to clean up while you clear Oracles. Always toss the grenades.

2 RespuestasAnother one: its frustrating when people throw grenades at atheon as they make him move around. They don't do anywhere near as much damage as the people standing trying to snipe him in his sweet spot.

7 RespuestasFor hard mode, relic holders should always use their supers. It one shots an oracle, and helps your team immensely. I'm teaching everyone I raid with to do it.

There's still people who can't do the jumping part in two or three tries.... Oh and people who completely forget about the hobgoblins during the oracles. Like, really?

2 RespuestasYou can also do that cleanse inside. Make it the middle platform and get 1-2 shots with the super and then get the barrier up before they finish the last two oracles. But those super shots help tons. Also having a titan bubble at the back of the platform with weapons of light, shortens the whole ordeal big time.

18 RespuestasIn all actuallity, who ever gets teleported (1 or 3 player) ignore everything and B-line it straight for the gate and cleanse right on the other side then move to the center platform. You won't succumb to the oracles and it doesn't waste time you can use for Times Vengance.

5 RespuestasI don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem but i hate it when the players outside the portal don't clean up all the supplicants. This is just my opinion but they should all be wiped out before the guys in the portal come back out, and if they're not, finish them off before you start taking shots at Atheon. I was in a pug the other day and the guys i was playing with just kept ignoring the supplicants and next thing you know people are getting detonated when they leave the main platform, or we would just get over run and wiped out.

8 RespuestasDon't double jump the middle platform. You can make it with a single jump and 9 out 10 times when you double jump you over shot it and a dead guardian is a useless guardian(for 30 secs)
