A salute to all relic holding Hero's.
You know who you are. We're the ones who teleport to Venus, launch 2 void rockets down the stairs, throw a grenade for kicks. Only to turn around and see 2 lvl 28, 29 scrubs standing there screaming like a 6 year old who pissed his pants "I'm not touching the relic". So we pick it up only to be 10 seconds behind on the oracles.
But somehow we get it done, only to comeback through to a mine field on the other side.
So let's all crack open our favorite beverage, and raise our glass to the victories we've provided, at take this Sunday November the 9th as holiday.

2 RespuestasI once had the relic when the game glitched & only sent two people thru. There were people who said just wipe it. I said no & cleared the adds & also helped take out the oracles. If I get teleported & end up with the relic, there's a 90% chance we will be okay. 10% of the time praetorians -blam!- my shit up

This made my day. After running through the vault twice today being a benevolent sherpa for 6 vog virgins (two of which were level 25 in the second run. What can I say? I live for the challenge) and working the relic every. .. single. .. time. .. I swore I was done carrying people through. Until I read this. Thank you. I smiled

5 RespuestasI like to grab it cause its fun to use, but people judge my style of playing. I prefer to come through the portal and launch the super at a the on like a badass dealing shit tons of damage, but everyone thinks its better to go to the center and put up the shield so everyone can be pussy's hiding being protected while shooting. If its not there they don't know how to shoot him like normal people do. I do just fine kicking his ass outside of the bubble, maybe I'm just the only badass in destiny.

Editado por skiddymark: 11/10/2014 4:36:57 AMWhen I first used the relic I told my team that I had experience holding the relic just coz if I didn't kern then I probly never would learn, when I got there I just pressed every button, at first I thought the cleanse shield was a super and the super was a it's range attack Now I'm the teams go-to relic guy, mostly because I'm a hunter, but I'd rather not wen we get to atheon so I can 1 shot oracles wit my golden gun

Thank you. Nice to see awesome people who are nice. Using the relic isn't easy, you get a lot of criticism just for making one mistake.

Thanks mate. Appreciate it. But take yesterday for example, had a two guys in a raid who weren't too keen on the relic, but they took down the oracles like mad men once inside, and if they were left outside then there weren't any harpies when we came out of the portal. They were machines just not too keen on the relic. I was OK with that.

How can you expect ''scrubs'' to suddenly learn how to use relics. At least tell them how to use it first!! There is a reason why ppl dont take relics

3 RespuestasI've realised I need more armour in my build if I'm gonna picking up the shield more. I find more often than not that when I tele no one wants to pick it up so find myself doing it even though I've a build focused around recovery and -blam!- all armour. That big as minotaur hits hard. I hate it when people don't jump to the middle when it clearly makes the most sense to get the damages in.

Feels. In my clan there is always that one guy who doesn't touch the relic. There is also that one guy who no matter what, hold square just to get the relic and expect me to clear both oracles and mobs. I'll see who got teleported, and then decide. Usually in 5 secs. But yeah, i can take the relic or down oracles.

I'm the relic holder who gets pissed when normals kill my damn harpies....then I try to cleanse someone and instead accidentally jump off a cliff. Happens too often.

I absolutely hate it when playing on hard and carrying a few lvl 29s that are more willing to hold the relic then a capable LVL 30... Like man the -blam!- up, if a 29 is willing to do it then he can do it...
