In a previous thread I posted this and many seemed interested to work it out so I though I'd make a thread so we can cancel things out. As far as we know when you enter the Future/Green gate and once through you look to the left, there is the exact same entrance your team came in to start the Atheon fight, just it's at a different time and space/ future. Now this gate I know as I've seen it with my own eyes two nights ago will open BUT only sometimes, now we don't know if there's a sequence or a method to opening the door but I can say 100% sure that it does open and when it does Vex start to walk out from it. Last night my team got the Gatekeeper CP on easy and we had no luck to open it again, but I will say when it did open for us it was in hard mode. [b]Proven not to work on [i]Easy[/i].[/b] - Get Red/past gatekeepers health down till he teleports backwards then leave and goto Future gate. ( [i]Door Didn't Open[/i] ) - Get Red/past gatekeepers health down till he teleports backwards then leave and goto Future gate and kill that gatekeeper pick up the future relic. ( [i]Door Didn't Open[/i] ) - Kill the Red/Past gatekeeper grab the relic, bring it over to Furture/Green portal ( [i]Door Didn't Open[/i] ) - Kill the Red/Past gatekeeper grab the relic, bring it over to Furture/Green portal then kill that gatekeeper and pick up the future relic ( [i]Not Open[/i] ) - Once doing all of above, then opening your ghost to the closed door ( [i]Door Didn't Open[/i] ) [b]Proven not to work on [i]Hard[/i].[/b] - Go straight into the Right portal grab the relic ( [i]Door Didn't open[/i] ) [b]Proven Open Gate Method.[/b] ( as far as we know! ) - [i]Hard mode[/i], get the left portal up first, get that gatekeeper's health down till he teleports to the back of that area. then head over to the right portal/ [i]Future [/i]and kill that gatekeeper, pick up the relic and head towards the Gate ( not the portal ) you will notice when you grab the relic and look directly forward in a straight line towards the Atheon V gate it will be open with Vex coming out from inside, now this is as I've done it 100% true BUT I don't know if there was a number of mobs we killed or something we might have done previously in other areas to get this to open but this is exactly what we did in the Gatekeeper section. When in that area you only have a certain amount of time before you need to be cleansed and not to mention your team needs to be killing oracles and keeping the gate open, so it is very very hard but when the gate is open you can see down the tunnel, and it's exactly the same as the tunnel you walk down to enter the Atheon room, we are extremely excited to know what exactly is down there, perhaps the hidden chest? Hidden Boss? Hidden Relic? Know idea. Please if anyone is keen to crack this and find out what happens when you actually go through the Entrance V gate in the furture, then post your interest here. If anyone does try this and has some news to contribute please do I'll add it right away. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [b]EDIT: 1 [/b] [u]Some people have ask me how exactly we got to that point so I'll explain.[/u] - We opened the main door as usual I even think someone went down then proceeded to the Templar. - Started the waves with a 4 & 2 setup and went into the [i]spirit bloom chest cave[/i] when the fenatics came through. - Oracles, we died and reset up top and sniper them all ( easy this way ) - Templar, we cheesed the templar. - Went through the spirit bloom cave and DIDN'T open the spirit chest. - Opened the chest below then entered the Gorgon maze. - Got the Gorgon chest then died for reset, then complete the maze and onto Atheons area. - Gatekeepers, we got the left GK down to min health were he teleported to the back of the area, then we came out and opened the right portal. - When inside we instantly killed the Gatekeeper and grabbed the relic. - Once I grabbed the relic as I was running down[b] towards the portal I noticed the Triangle Gate/ Door directly infront of me[/b] was open and Vex were coming out from it, I then told my fireteam member that was with me and he said "omfg I've never looked over there" and I hadn't either until this point, we then died as we jumped over to investigate due to our team on the outside didn't kill oracles in time. We then tried again but the same thing happened my team failed on the outside. Last night we tried all this on normal mode but the door was closed, now the only two things we did different was that we killed a Gorgon on the maze for a friend that needed the card AND it was on easy mode, other than that I can't understand why it was closed. The quote says about between future and past but not present, well if we go to the future portal walk through that entrance we are speaking of then you would technically be in the present but still in the future times instance therefore being lost in time & space? Thoughts? [b]Update - 3/3/15[/b] We got the door to open again but this time it was just as the fight for Atheon begun. As the one of the relic holders was protecting the center conflux I went into Venus portal / green with the other relic" must be glitched as your no suppose to be able to do that" I then quickly jumped over and the door was open, as soon as I went inside the fight against atheon must have begun and my relic was gone and my screen went black. This all happened within a max 15 seconds. So whoever is saying there's a invisible wall there is not true. There must be another way to open it with more time on our hands to look around, we are only doing it 50% right. I will be trying again this weekend and either streaming it or recording with my crappy recorder. [b]Update 6/10/15[/b] Have been silent but still working on this and other areas. Now with this new area found that needs to be glitched to access makes me think we need to look further into the vog. I spent a heap of time in there yesterday and found a heap of new things that were never there, I still feel that the "past" has something to do with it. Also I found a new area in the bunker which looks like a reward room but I can't get access, I found this via a spawn glitch and was pulled outside the map into a huge sandbox, recording is on my psn. Once I know more I'll update but in working hard on the Sleeper atm. P.S anyone else notice that when you kill all the portals very fast in the Echo Chamber strike this orb appears?
