Plan C, 77 Wizard and praetorian foil are the top 3. Each has its own element, which can make this comparison a bit more difficult (except 77 wizard).

Pocket Infinity definitely looks the coolest IMO, as far as performers go... I'd say Purifier (New Monarchy) or Praetorian Foil. I have all three, and I probably use PI the most.

Apparently the purifier one. I got sniped by that thing twice in one match earlier. When i say snipe, I'm talking 60-70 feet with one shot. Ridiculous.

plan c is the best if you're talking about a regular fusion rifle. The Vex will be the best overall once it's buffed.

I don't have plan c so I can say that. As of right now I love Peruns Fire. The charge rate is so fast

For raiding I use my purifier VII. I can't imagine using a different fusion rifle. Damned good for pvp too.

Too many things to consider. I've won more kills in PvP with pocket infinity due it's range and full auto function. Literally gets me sprees on top of my sprees. Light/beware has decent impact enough too. There's all the faction fusion rifles... I'll go ahead and say there's a fusion rifle for every play style.
