Bonus Question: Devil's Lair?
"Is where you seek it" comes from Truth
"Let's make a deal" is from The Devil You Know
And the rest is from Fragment of the Prime
So my thoughts were. We went to the Reef to seek "truth", "made a deal" with them to get into the black garden. In return we had to kill people like sepkis "prime" for the Queen bounties?
It's a stretch but I'm going with it.
