I was told by Bungie developers via YouTube before launch, "If you want to wreck in PVE and even be a support class to fellow Guardians, a Striker Titan or Defender Titan is for you. If you want to be a beast in PVP but lack a little with your super in PVE based on AOE, then the Hunter class is for you."
Now we are hearing, "All the 7 year olds are squealing like little fukcing panzies and aren't able to win every match they play, so they're pussy ass Titan is getting wrecked in PVP because they haven't figured out how to use their VERY VERY over powered melee yet, so all you skilled Hunters are being nerfed. Sincerely, Bungie."

I remember when I was told by Bungie before launch this game would have an in depth story..... Here we are
-
No one is an idiot. I'm sure we are all intelligent adults. The Titan class, however, I believe is very easy to use in PVP thus should require nerfs to it as well if people are complaining about the Hunter class being too over powered.
-
If hunter was a skilled class to use the majority of the population wouldn't be using them and two thirds of the top pvp players wouldn't be hunters. People sook about titans yet they rank the lowest in pvp making up 10% of top players, that leaves 28% for warlocks. Skilled players don't use insta win classes. Destiny database is where I get these stats from. If you don't want to look at it don't post back.

I apologize that it takes 1-3 seconds to whip out a golden gun and take aim and shoot. You can continue to press your special bumpers immediately when threatened and smash everyone to pieces when running around a corner. Plus, titans have the most armor and can practically run straight into auto rifle fire for a one hit melee. No statistic is gonna prove that wrong. If hunters rank so high because they are PVP based, then this explains why three classes can be made, don't stick up for Bungie when they did this to you. Titans. Are. Pussies.
-
Is this forum tears I see? Is their really a butthurt pvp player over titans? Lol. you sir just cheered me up good going.
-
HOLY OLD POST BATMAN
-
Doesn't change the fact that it made my day better have a cookie :)
-
no....... your an idiot. The shoulder charge is for pussies titans get an armor decrease if they use it and based on testing in pvp you get 2 extra body shots with atheons epilogue with full titan armor build compared to minimum armor on a hunter 2 bullets 11 damage each so stfu you invisible, blinking, shotgun, stab in the back, one shot golden gunning hunter bitch

Editado por Beast: 10/27/2014 6:17:48 AMYou do realize that all the stats in game are balanced out equally correct? As a Titan I get killed mid FoH all the time. On my brothers account as a hunter, I rarely and I mean rarely die in arc blade. Unless it's by another super. The fact hunter take reduced damage (50%) while in arc blade is what's annoying. Especially when they run like crackheads from target to target. Then factor in the fact that arc blade uses the same coding as melees use. It gravitated toward the nearest target and is a magnetic feature. If you want 100% honesty FoH and nova bombs aren't over powered. Neither is the arc blade. The real problem lies in the fact that arc blades control the pace of a match. I often find myself saving my super for if/when I encounter an arc blade. Half the time being killed before my super is discharged. Lashing out and calling people pussies because you feel threatened over a simple nerf in a game that isn't even confirmed makes you a condescending asshole. As someone who has play FPS game types for a very long time, mainly as an smg/ar role my weapons have and are constantly being nerfed. Case in point auto rifles in this game. Never once did I lash out on the feedback forum, a place designated to provide constructive criticism to the developers on how to improve aspects of there game, calling people pussies because I'm being put in a position of being at a disadvantage. If you insist on being extremely immature about the mater do the respectful thing and stick to social media or at least find a place in this forum where the devs aren't flooded with real proper problems they are dealing with.

I'm calling bullshit on this. I've shot gunned a titan point blank and the lag compensator said nope. And he foh me to pieces. Also I'm a blade dancer. If you're dumb enough to try and melee a -blam!-ing guy with an electric sword that's on you.
-
Maybe your problem is being intimidated by Arc Blade. There are three subclasses I can call out a warning for in PVP... "Watch out, Arc Blader coming... (and sometimes) nevermind, got 'im." "Watch out, Golden Gun, RUN! ... (and sometimes) Ha, sniped him." "Watch out, Sunsinger just Revived... (and sometimes) What the hell I knifed that dude 6 times, no damage.." And then there are the others... "Goddamned Fist of Havoc" "Goddamned Nova Bomb" "Haha a Defender Bubble, man I wish I had Arc Blade right now... (and sometimes) Watch this..." My point here is, 90% of the time, there's nothing you can do about Fist of Havoc or Nova Bomb, it just gets you, unless you are out of it's range. Unless you round a corner and get hit in the face, or get hit from behind, you always have a chance to avoid Arc Blade. If you screw up avoiding Arc Blade, that's partially on you, and partially because the odds were stacked against you. But you did have a chance.
-
Touché. But rest assured, as a hunter, shotty to the body is how you shut down the arc blade. Good day.

I have never killed an arc blader with any shotgun, even if the spread gets a crit. They always live on a tiny sliver. This is probably destiny server lag but rockets never kill them unless previously damaged either. Sounds like an exaggeration but I remember panic firing one at a guys face when I realised he was arc blade, I died from misadventure and he kept running with tiny health remaining. No other class gets damage reduction in super without choosing a perk for it I mean, a whole perk slot for FOH? A super that takes 2-3 seconds to be finished? Yet arc blade gets damage reduction for 15-30 seconds depending on their load out without having to use a perk for it. That's my main issue. But the auto lock regardless of where you are facing is ridiculous also. I don't have a solution, but when my mates get angry and say 'nah that's it' (change to arc blade because they know they can win) in crucible, it's clear that it's overkill. I hold my FOH til I see arc blade, probably why hunter players hate titans but it's like, what do people expect? We get sick of our whole team dying per super and shut them down when we can. Very satisfying use of a super but I'd like to be able to just use it to clear out teams, not to prevent a team massacre for one kill point. I really hope bungie nerf it without wrecking it, not another mythoclast but make it fair (reduce or remove defence buff or make it an optional perk).

Try the invective it works
-
You're ruining this game. What about a warlock getting a shield just for hitting something? Doesn't even have to kill. A titan ohko? Not a super either. A blade dancer needs a super to ohko and if you try to get in his face with a shotgun, you're gonna have a bad time.
-
Editado por Velexia: 10/27/2014 12:38:09 PMI'll submit to that when we get a helmet that gives us two free super perks.
-
knuklehead is better and 4 golden gun bullets on the sybiote one cmon man
-
As long as it's busted like ours I'm happy to see it happen -.- you already get one that makes super attacks use less energy. Why do you need perks for a ridiculously long and perk filled super when you can have it for so long? Doesn't sound fair to me. The perks on fists of havoc don't make them kill any more people, just makes then look more stylish when they do it. Fun though.
-
Mask of the Third Man's effect is so minimal as to be easily missed, I think it gives the opportunity for one or two more attacks (which might just be used to move).
-
I haven't used it yet but I'll test it out as I do have it (once my hunter is levelled) all I'm saying is you really should play a Titan and then switch to hunter and tell me which is better. I can do better on a level 10 hunter than on any Titan.
-
Lol it takes the same amount of bullets to kill a Titan as it does a warlock. Do the calcs yourself. Statistics have proven it wrong by what I posted above, if titans did have more armour they would win more but seeing as it's their role but have nothing to support it, they will lose most of the time (unless they're absolute legends with their load outs) oh so you think FOH on a single person out I panic is more effective than a team killing arc blade? With your choice of health regen, invisibility and a mini FOH for as long as your super bar exists? Give me a break. I'm done arguing with fools. It's not debatable. If you want to debate something like gun effectiveness then that's another thing but there is a definite class hierarchy lol
-
Get off BD dick. It needs a buff if anything. Not enough damage for pve. Also a 12 second super like once a match doesn't break the game.
-
Your an idiot josh. That's all I have to say
-
You're*. Titan super is easy to use, not the entire class. Hunter is easy to use (blade dancer) whilst gunslinger requires more skill, therefore that's the class I will be making when I start my hunter again
