I'm a feminist
What do people have against feminism? Why would anyone say they aren't a feminist, or further, are anti feminist?!
Feminism is the forwarding of women's rights in order to gain equality. That is the definition. I don't care if some moron said to kill all men, that's not feminism.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I came across this comic which outlines a few of the aims of a contemporary feminist. I don't agree with all of it, but it's worth a look if you're sceptical, surely one of the points they make must ring true.

I truly respect the feminist who don't abuse their position, but the radical and lying "feminists" out there have made the group toxic and unworkable. My idea is to start an established group which humanist are, to give everyone equal right and power. To conclude, the word feminism has a more negative connotation to it and we need to stop abusing, lying, and cheating the media for support. Feminism needs to split the sub groups in it or no one will take them seriously. (Seriously people like radical feminist are in my opinion the worst people to exist.)
