Whats your experience in the Iron Banner?
Lots of post are emerging with people not noticing any difference in the Iron Banner, so here's a poll. Whats your experience with the Iron Banner?

Finally after kickn but in over 250 games in the crucible, I get something above a rare. I got a legendary machine gun, "the THUNDERLORD" while playing in the iron banner. The funny part is ive done great in most games ive played except the one i get the legendary. LOL. I bet xur is gonna have it for sale next weekend.

1 RespuestaIndistinguishable from normal pvp. The only difference? You don't get reputation when you lose but only if you win.

I get beat up alot when i go in there but i play for fun. It's challenging but to me that's kinda fun.

2 RespuestasIm a level 27-28 Titan defender with almost fully upgraded Legendary "Lord Shaxx" gear. I wield a good upgraded Legendary Shadow Price, and my overall K/D is 1.55 and climbing (I'm not the best, but definitely not the worst, but I do have a good accuracy). But somehow, in Iron Banner, I still occasionally get blasted bij lvl 20's. And often while I start firing first at them! I am surprised that THIS is the way the Iron Banner works!!! Come on Bungie, this is not how you advertised this mode. I know I am a pretty solid shooter, and with better gear then my advisaries I should be even better. But in Iron Banner, that's just not the case... I truly wanted to test my skills + gear vs other players, but it has been very disappointing so far. Hope this gets fixed next time around. You've done GREAT so far Bungie, I am confident that you will fix this. Semper Fi!

im lv 28 warlock and lv 15-20 can kill me with a rare weapon while im usin the suros or fullu upgraded Atheon's Epilogue yet they still beat me even when i shoot first. Bungie lied to use and are full of shit!!!

i enjoy it, very difficult, so many people that stick together, i'll get one kill then 2 more pop round the corner and insta kill me, its an ongoing pattern lol

3 RespuestasSomehow, the amount of Suros and other AR:s went from about 40%ish to 80%ish. I have seen very few players without an AR. Oh me oh me when I went and energized my Vanquisher.

2 Respuestascba with it. that's pretty much it for me really. I have a Bad Juju bounty and if Iron Banner is still running when I get that to the PVP part then ill do some. otherwise I'll just ignore it entirely.

6 RespuestasThey should have waited to release Iron Banner until after the weapons were rebalanced. 8/10 people are running SUROS and a Shotgun. No variety whatsoever because everyone brings the cheapest shit they have. Level advantages just seem to make [b]some[/b] grenades stronger. Overall, I'm frustrated and disappointed with IB. I'm interested to see what Bungie has to say about it not playing anything like how they billed it. This is the first time I've really been disenchanted with Destiny since launch.

Won't complain with ar and shotty users, its part of the game. What I noticed though is that I have alot more close games than in the crucible. When people don't quit, even if you are trailing 5k points with say 6 or 5 mins remaining, theres a chance for clutch plays. In those times we win with only 5 or 10 points, it somewhat feels more satisfying than a lopsided victory.

I've had my best games in the Iron Banner. Though that could be just the law of averages since I spent a couple hours there

2 RespuestasAfter playing IB it makes me really want to make the other classes. As a hunter I have a few things on my "screw you!" list... Screw you everyone elses OHKO melee Screw you panic button supers Screw you endless Sunsinger nades Screw you everyone elses sheild perks Screw you dudes who hipfire shotty faster then me. and I wanna be mad at headshot snipers... but that takes skill.

There was a guy who posted here yesterday with a link to a video he put on youtube in which he plays as a level 4 warlock and uses the original AR you get in the game. If I remember correctly the end result was a second place finish on his team.

Been doing a lot better in IB, so far only tried it with my Titan which is my first crucible experience with that character so don't know if it's cuz of iron banner or cuz I'm better with a Titan, either way enjoying it, just got Rank 1 last night.. Just need another 1200 pts to rank 2 lol.

2 RespuestasSame as crucible - I suck and get pwned continuously. I have Shadow Price, and theoretically should be doing better in IB as a well-geared lvl 27, but people still appear to absorb half-mag bursts and then kill me with the power of thought. No tangible difference WHATSOEVER. I play 4 rounds a day to see what the loot lottery spits out. That's it. Meh.
