Whats your ideal gun name??
Just thought it'd be cool to hear some of your guys' ideas. Any name you want for your gun, or what you'd think would be cool, funny, ironic....etc?
I'm a huge How I Met Your Mother fan, so I think "How You Met Your Maker" is a perfect name for gun.
EDIT: Seeing how some people are also describing the gun itself, let me know what you think would be a perfect, or what you'd like to see/have.
For the "How You Met Your Maker" I'd like it to be a Auto Rifle, with full fire rate, little impact, decent every thing else. Description reads "We all have a maker, or deity. Time to see if yours exists" Ability from upgrading is every bullet fired actually shoots two.
So basically doubling fire rate. And reloads faster after head shot kills, and stacks up (like hunter)

"Two way street" An exotic shotgun with a double barrel. The double barrels split outward into a tight 'V'. Meaning the shot blasts project 11 and 1 o'clock from the users FPS position. Downside of the gun being that you don't shoot straight out front like a typical shotgun. But used correctly, some solid double downs coming your way.

Do every strike mission on every difficulty using only melee attacks........without dying.....and without going to orbit and rejoining your fire team ;) , must have 100 kills every strike 3. Get 5 exotics in a row from the Cyptard ( from a rare/blue engram before you think of cheating by buying exotic engrams from xur) 4.buy all of Xur's stock in one purchase thus putting him in sold out mode for any other destiny players for a month 5.buy something useful from the outfitter 6. Don't press any buttons to skip any cutscenes or fall asleep during one of the speakers rants in monotone ( kinnect required) Complete these tasks and this gun and glory will both be yours, unless you run Into anybody under level 10 with a beige or uncommon gun and you will be 1shot killed from any distance, happy hunting , hopefully you will get the gun just in time for it to be nerfed ( by forum demand ) into firing what amounts to frozen sweet corn.

[i]description[/i] [i]now you won't[/i] Exotic void shotgun 5 rounds -Standard selection of range finders -Damage upgrade -Final round in the magazine does extra damage *Stability upgrade *reduced cone of fire/slightly increased range *If a randomly selected round misses, the next round does extra damage (has a cooldown of at least 5 rounds fired) -After the first round from a fully loaded weapon hits a target the player activates active camouflage for 7 seconds that remains active as long as the player does not switch weapons. After the effect wears off, the player must make another kill to reset the ability. -damage upgrade -damage upgrade X3 (requires shards) I like the up close and personal stealth, not hiding in one comfy spot way off... thought an exotic weapon should offer the play style. Thought about the last ability giving immunity to motion tracker, but that might make it too useful in pvp. Edit: pretty sure this one should never be given out by xur and should be a random drop in nightfall or some future raid.

EDIT: In retrospect the gun seems underwhelming so it is now a Farsight from Perfect Dark N64. -can shoot through walls -has x-Ray/heat sensing sights -has an "auto-find target" mode -one shot kills anywhere on the body
