Gunslingers...eh...
Okay, no I have not read through anything regarding this, just kinda starting this thinking no one else noticed. I see everyone play blade dancers, and I know why. Arc Blade is great in close quarters pvp, and blink is really great as well. I started as a gunslinger and stuck with it until it was maxed, then started leveling blade dancer. Stupid idea in my opinion, more or less, since I'm now a higher level and I mainly pvp now after beating the story.
Does anyone feel that gunslingers are under powered compared to most other subclasses? Maybe it's just coincidence or what, but I feel that no other class is easy to kill once they go super, except for gunsligers. Maybe it's my gear, or what, but that's kind of a huge thing for me. yes, golden gun, giving 3 insta kills is over powered to a point, but it doesn't last nearly as long or seem as effective as other supers. Hell, the warlock grenades seem more useful.
I mainly just feel that gunslingers need a slight buff, or maybe change a few options around in their kit? thoughts?

2 RespuestasI feel like the trade off is that you have a long distance super, and that's where the survivability [i]should[/i] come from, but most weapons (until the patch) kind of eliminate that... I'm not even really sure what I would change... Maybe more movement speed buffs, or if most, if not all of the perks of that class really contribute more to your weapons. Aside from the stability and reload perks you get (which I feel are kind of pointless in pvp), you don't have much... I feel like the 2 subclasses are switched around, Gunslinger should be much better for pvp, and Blade Dancer should be much better for PVE (damage wise, it's a really functional medic) I think I'm just rambling now, but reguardless of what they change or don't change I can't really see myself playing any other class.

The ONLY redeeming quality of the Warlock's sub-class is FireBorn. Other than that, it is the most useless class in the game. "Oh look I can throw 7 grenades!!! It's too bad you'll kill me in one quick shot and move on to two more easy kills before I can finish my grenade spam."

Was coming here to post this exact thing. A tiny bit more health at least! Very frustrating losing my super to a sniper in the distance , shotgun, fusion rifle, etc to the back. Plus it's not a one shot kill to a bladedancer or I have severely failed....multiple times. Super should be able to kill a super. The warlock grenades at least has a guarantee to blow the Sh*t out of anyone near the blast radius but with the gunslinger you get maybe one.

1 RespuestaI agree, I jumped to Arc sub as soon as I hit ten, Gunslinger isn't very decent even in PvE. Bladedancer grants bonus armour and has the power to kill the entire enemy team if they're close enough together. Gunslinger should buff move speed and grant bonus ammo for kills IMO, you can kill three people if you're accurate and six if you have the luck of the devil (and buffs for golden gun) but you're going to end up dead after two most days
