Defeat 3 Fallen Walkers (Bounty)
I don't know about you guys, but I'm literally bored to death of doing the same strike to kill the Fallen Walker, just to find out that [b]the kill did not count[/b]!!!!!! I was stood about 10 yards from him pounding him with an autorifle, grenades, machine gun, etc - and the kill hasn't counted [b]THREE TIMES IN A ROW[/b]

Editado por Euclids Anvil: 9/26/2014 6:33:40 PMJust go to Patrol Cosmodrome, and run all the way to the Devil Walker. (As if you were doing the Strike.) The Walker will be their and also count towards the bounty. Everytime you kill it just return to orbit and reload Patrol. Easy 3/3 Walkers.

Someone already mentioned this, but it got buried... This is partially bugged. You will get credit for the walker kill if (a) you deal the final blow, or (b) you are standing near to the player who deals the final blow. The bug is that you don't get credit if (c) you are shooting at the walker but you aren't near the person who deals the final blow. Best way to do this is to make sure you are standing near other guardians when fighting a walker. I personally try to stand near a high-leveled person since it's more likely they'll get the kill. You can also try running near a person who seems to be whaling on the walker before it gets killed.

If you need to kill 3 i recommend going on the patrol cosmodrome. Make your wake to where the walker is on the strike itll take a cpl minutes but not to many people go the there

Editado por BamMFBam: 9/26/2014 6:16:32 PMI solo'd this on Patrol. It took about 25 minutes. Just hop on your sparrow and go straight to the walker. Kill it (My Exotic Sniper helped). Orbit. Repeat.

10 RespuestasI have the same problem. I killed a freakin walker alone and it did not count. Did it twice. Did the story mission twice, only got 1 count. This was addressed in the dev notes and hot fixes. Just be near other people while they do it and read the advice below.

Do it in freeroam not a strike, one its easier and second there is not a group that will lower your chances. I got 2 this way very quick and the other from a public event on the way to my second kill for the bounty

I've been experiencing that too!! I gave up, it takes way too long to defeat a fallen walker just to find out it didn't count.

I thought I was the only one. No sure what's going on with that, but I ended up abandoning the quest. Wasn't worth my time considering I have to grind EVERYTHING I do.

Happend to me too, I did abbandon it and retake it. After that it worked. Btw you do not need to do a strike. Fastest way is to do Earth patrol and run where the walker is in the strike. You will find a walker there that is faster to kill and doesnt need much clearing. With good luck there is also a Earth public event on the way to the walker, that is to kill a fallen walker so. Rinse and repeat. Additionally there is another public event for killing a fallen walker on Venus just outside the Winter cave. Ur welcome! :)

The fallen walker in the strike itself I found does not count however if you go to the area where you would kill it in the strike on patrol mode one spawns their. The respawn is long but it counts

Personally I've found that the public events are better for this bounty. I'm not sure about the killshot thing since we've done it in a fire team and all got it at once; and in the same team one person on another go didn't get it. I'm more inclined to believe it's a 'feature' (I use the word feature rather than bug, because I'd have Bungie to single me out for using that word and personally nerfing my engram drop rates and bribing Cryppie to rip me off further). Anyhow - the public events give you a chance to get Ascendent stuff even if they do stiff you on the kill. My 10p's worth.

Just kill it in patrol... It's easier than having to do the entire raid.

Go patrol in cosmodrome. Go to walker spawn. Kill it. Rinse and repeat. That's how I got it done very fast.
