My question for Bungie.
Would you buy a car that was marketed as new, but didn't have a transmission or wheels? And when you complained that your "new" car wasn't going anywhere, you were told by the manufacturer that you have to wait for those parts to be installed over the course of 10 years. Would you be angry then? Or would you shell out cash for a car you can't drive, and put up with walking the same route to work day in and day out with no hope of ever seeing someplace new because your car isn't up and running yet?
This is exactly what you idiots have done. You've effectively manufactured a car that can't go anywhere or do anything because you were either too lazy or incompetent to put the dang thing together!!!!

Editado por k98Rifleman: 9/24/2014 11:14:31 AMNo, that's not how you sell a car but I could it be how you market a game? I understand your dissatisfaction and you justify far beyond than many nay-sayers have already; however, more is forth coming and the focus know is the development of forming a community gamers and get to know the game. I recall when SWTOR was released the same issue you brought up was mentioned then, along with it's boring a lvl 50. I see as a process or a product over time like a magazine subscription than getting a car.

1 RespuestaI agree this game over the course of time has been terrible at first it was extremely fun but now after lvl 20 it's just so boring and repetitive this game will lose its fans within a month when Halo and advanced warfare comes out

1 RespuestaAre you really this retarded? The game works. It does precisely what it is designed to do. It has all its necessary parts. If you aren't pleased with what you're getting out of it, I would suggest you take a better look at your own expectations. Besides, Destiny is not a car, it's a game. They never once promised that they would give you the complete story to play all at once, available in its entirety for you to play from day one. They plan to stretch this thing out over a decade. (Hopefully) They're going to do exactly that and give us the rest in installments. Meaning the STORY isn't finished. And a STORY is altogether a different thing than the piece of software it's delivered to you on. Halo had how many games again? Remind me, how many were made just by Bungie? Isn't Microsoft planning on making more sequels? That story isn't done either, as much as some of us wish it was. They've decided to do it by pumping out a new game every year. Bungie is doing essentially the same thing by expanding the one we're playing right now. My point is, the game is finished. Its out. Its there for you to play. But the STORY isn't done yet, not by a long shot. Get your panties untwisted, buckle your seatbelt, and be patient. There's more coming. Why is this always such a hard concept for people to grasp?

What is your point?

I think you're just impatient...

5 RespuestasEditado por SMOKEY DIRTY D: 9/23/2014 10:01:12 PMIt's not a car. It's a game. Doesn't have a functionality, it is a story told through a medium of video games. Your argument doesn't make any sense. Think first novel in a series. Not basic functioning parts of a device that serves a specific and essential purpose.

13 RespuestasThe game works though. If it was buggy as all hell and crashed like crazy then your analogy would be accurate. What you mean to say is that you thought you were getting a car, fully loaded with every little extra you can get, and instead you got the base model with a dealer promise of getting the other upgrades one at a time over the course of ten years. Some people's kids.

I can understand why it will take a while for it to be complete but that's why they made it, to be a long game that continues for a long time. I don't know why you don't like the game but you should.

Hey if you think they scammed you I'm sorry. To make you feel better if you send me 500$ I can make it 1000$ in three days. In three days I will send you your 1000$ dollars. What say you?

5 RespuestasWhy do you feel the need to post your failed analogy on multiple threads , destiny works , every part of the game works , if you buy a car that doesn't have wheels or a transmission thinking it would drive , then you are stupid . It sounds like you are a stupid consumer who does not research their purchase beforehand , assuming this was halo , then you get home find out it's not halo then take to the interweb to complain that it isn't , if you did any research then you would have found out that there's only 30 something missions ,bungie stated this , they also stated the game will constantly be updated with new free content , not including the expansions , I can tell you've never played a mmo before and in the traditional sense destiny isn't a mmo but has many mmo elements , and with mmos the story doesn't end with the initial release . If you want a good story might I suggest lord of the rings or if that's too advanced then maybe some goosebumps ? Judy Blume more your style . The game hasn't even been out for a month and your complaining bout it being broke , and lacking content , go outside and get some sun

5 RespuestasDestiny is a very polished game, I've never encountered any bugs and have never disconnected. The problems stem from a lack of content and lack of direction. This can all change through updates and hopefully for the better.
