Well first off the reef needs something interesting. So one day I was playing the crucible and I got a bit bored. So I thought the reef needs something interesting because I thought the whole background was cool and it has a lot of airspace. I thought that the reef can be where you can face vex or fallen ships with your ship. You have to be a certain level to upgrade your ship with different weapons such as a rocket launcher and a machine gun that is mounted on it. You upgrade by going to the shipwrite and you buy upgrade. There should be different missions at the reef. Also you can carry it out to a multiplayer and you face friends and what not. Each ship could have different stats. (Speed, defense, attack, ext.) It is sort of a new multiplayer mode.
As one of the missions you can defeat some ships and you attack a larger main ship and attack it as some strike.
So ship has 3 stats
-Attack (upgrade able)
-Defense (also upgrade able)
- Speed ( upgrade able)
Ships have their own bases like a weapon you get from the gunsmith.
Missions can basically go to you devs.
Strikes
-Bored and defeat one main ship and defeat many other small ships.
Multiplayer
- Like the crucible but you face other guardians in their ships.
Just a suggestion hope you guys consider it.
Sincerely,
One of your full hearted players, Link Z 6040

Yes you have a point there I 2 like that background but what if and hear me out on this one....we could fly our ships en bored other big ships en destroy them from the inside. Think (star wars) battlefront 2 ... It may be very cool in the destiny world. Sadly bungie said there will be no controlling/flying space ships in destiny whatsoever...hope they change there minds about this. Lastly I would like to see more animations from ships (Kotor and kotor 2) also when in orbid you should be able to walk around in your spaceship and do little stuff ( mass effect series) like buying selling stuff look out windows at the planet your in orbit of....and more things like that. The potential is all there if you ask me.

2 RespuestasBungie doesn't care about its community. They only case about statistics like the money they're making and how many play their game. Instead of fixing server disconnects they're having players teach other players how to fix the problem so they don't have to and then they're recording and displaying total hours logged by players. They don't care what's wrong with their game or about US that's the bottom line.

Halo reach is the destiny prototype so incase you were wondering. Yes it's coming probably 2016

You might be onto something I don't think they would add a empty accessible area just for two cutscenes it might be a dogfight area later on

A PvP low gravity map somewhere in the reef would be nice.

I've seen so many posts about jump ship combat and I am so not interested in seeing Bungie spend valuable time and resources to put that in the game. It would be like when assassin's creed decided to add naval combat it wasn't nearly as fun the real combat in the game it's hard for me to believe it would turn out better in destiny. This is a FPS game I would like more FPS content.

OH MY GOD. That is the best idea I have heard in a long time.
