If you have time to be on this forum, a total pointless waste of undefined space on the larger forum of a video game developer site (who haven't released a game in nigh 4 years), chances are you're doing something right with you're life.
So congrats for overcoming whatever crap God or the universe of the spirits threw at you :)
Give yourself a pat on the back, an extra malteaser, another pint or another dance.
Chances are you'll dodge more cosmic absurdity and do better stuff.
[spoiler]well, might be a bit more difficult with global warming flooding the place. And vital species and bees going extinct (what can you expect though; life on earth peaked with dinosaurs, can't beat a supersideon).
That and all the ebola and antibiotic resitant bacteria about. Hell the economy can go any minute and inexplicably make everyone dirt poor cos of infaltion and trusts and other crap.

It's the one thing I never talk about really. Because today is today and yesterday is gone. I try to only let the positives effect me as I go along. Negatives drown you and while a "tragic" backstory may be interesting to some, an excuse to others, or an ankle chain to many, I prefer to see it as something that made me wiser and stronger today. Someone who has a bit more understanding, respect and patience.

Yeah I didn't have a good time growing up. Lot of stuff I don't like to dwell on. Don't let it affect my adult life, past is the past.
