Anyone else not able to write the clan tag?
So I don't have any Clantag option. Why is that?
You can look in the following option that the alliance have one. And have other clans that have one as well.

3 RespuestasClan features are currently disabled, most likely under going some kind of make over in preparation for Destiny's release. They should be back in time for the full release. I hope this helps!
