It's just something I don't personally enjoy, it completely slipped my mind when making this. I've even tried high quality wine and just find it distasteful.

It's an acquired taste for sure. Try it once you turn 40. It's great.

Nah, I'm a scotch guy so I enjoy the finer things in life but I prefer my alcohol spicy not sweet.
