can we play destiny offline when it comes out or is it going to be like titain fall were we need xbox gold ??
Hello everyone . i was just curious because i been hearing alot of story's from other gamer's and all . and there been alot of debate of what if destiny like titain fall were u need xbox live gold( if u are a xbox player) or internet connection in order to play the game we all love and enjoy. some says yes and outhers say no..but there is stilll that question what if. i pre order it and was hoping these story's were not true so outhers can enjoy it. who can only play offline for now ...can any one put a rest to this debate and help ??...plz

You probably could play without Xbox live but you will be greatly restricted. You will not be able to go in crucible or go on raids. You need internet too. The whole game is online. If you don't mind missing out on the crucible and raids by all means lose the live. But if you want full experience of everything in game keep the live. I tried beta on my brothers ps4 and he didn't have ps+ and would not even let me try out ps+. So all through the beta I was unable to try everything in beta. I could not do the crucible and I could not do the devils lair. I could only do story mode and the cosmodrome.

Visit destinythegame.com and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Below all of the legal information is the statement "An internet connection is required to play Destiny."
