6 something. I haven't done one in a while though
-
Calling your bluff on 3:20. I'm pretty sure you would be at least 40 seconds faster than the fastest person I've heard of. Anyways my fastest mile is 6:25, pretty good
-
Just recently I pr'd at 6 even. I want to get better, if I had music I could prolly get 5:30.
-
3.2 mins sounds full of shit. My pr is about 6.5, but when I run now I only do sprints and/or distance runs.
-
7-8 minutes.
-
Just shy of 7 minutes in 7th grade no prep time
-
6:50 but I can probably do better
-
4:29. I suck at 1-3 mile races. I perfer 600-800m races and then anything above 6 miles. That middle distance crap kills me.
-
I honestly can't remember. I should time myself one of these days
-
My fastest timed one was around 7 minutes, but it was for cross country, which is (sort of) a distance sport, so you have to pace yourself. But that was like 10 years ago. I'm really out of shape now and I have an injured knee. I couldn't even run a whole mile anymore because of the pain.
-
Best time for me was 5:15 with a 12:45. 2mi time
-
8 or 9 minutes I think.
-
6.52 Legit time I did cross country
-
Probably like 50 seconds.
In my car
-
5:25 was my fastest ever and that was when I was in really good shape....now it's more like 7:30
-
Why run when you can walk?

It's not 3.2. Maybe for a 1/4 or 1/2 they have statues to guys who do 4 min miles. Usain bolt can't do 3.2. And mine is like 7 min.
-
4:53. Now it's like 6:20 though...
-

2 RespuestasI can do a quarter mile in about 10.6 seconds
