Hand canon needs.
Hand canon need to shoot faster or have higher damage. And placed in the special slot. Right.

Is like to see the headshot damage higher. That way it's still a skill shot weapon but won't be spammed easily.

I have seem people in the Crucible kill with them an get top K/D an points in the match. Just practice in explore mode you will get the hang of it. Also i recommend you turn your sensitivity up if you use them i turned mine up to 4 an its perfect i don't like it too high. An 4 is just one up from the normal setting.
