Good for Marty! That is crap that they won't give us, and much more importantly him, a reason. If they thought he was doing shoddy work or something, then lay it out. But based off what I hear, it all sounds wonderful in Destiny (except for the podracing sound, hah).

There is a law called "right to hire, right to fire" that allows employers to fire employees without cause in certain states. But it should still just be common courtesy to give employees a reason , especially for such an honorable and well acclaimed employee like Marty.

Most likely he knows exactly why he was fired. "Without cause" just means he wasn't fired for doing bad work. I heard a rumor it had something to do with sexual harassment but it was pretty much baseless
