I would also like to add to this.
When I use the mobile version of this site I am asked if I want to use Chrome or Internet every time I click on a thread.
I was given the option to use this option always, and I selected it, but I still have this pop-up.
It's pretty annoying.

I believe that is a phone function, that happens on My HTC because I have two different browser choices.

It is. I'm using an HTC as well. I get this pop-up whenever I visit a new site. I just select "always" and it never pops back up. It's just on this site after the maintenance that I always have to choose between the options whenever I click on a new thread. If I revisit a thread the option doesn't pop up every time, just some times. This has never happened before today. I have never seen a "Mentor" before. What does that mean/entail here?

Ahh I gotcha, I'm still not sure that is anything Bungie can do unfortuantly. But I do agree it does get annoying after awhile. A mentor is a helping hand and a guide here on Bungie.net, I and other members make up the group the [url=http://www.bungie.net/7_Welcoming-Committee/en/Groups/Detail?groupId=18405]Welcoming Committee[/url]. We are tasked with watching over #Support. The badges are fresh off the press today.
