Is this website slowly turning into Reddit?
I only just noticed the similarities that came with the Update. Pretty soon we'll be able to like topics instead of just posts, and the topics with the most "likes" will drift to the top of the feed.
And the sub-thread system will become incomprehensible. . . and the different fora will be removed and replaced with user-generated hashtags!

I think reddit's setup is superior to this one in nearly every way save for the lack of avatars. Not better than B.old, but damn sure better than this one. A normal forum layout couldn't handle the amount of traffic reddit receives. It's actually quite impressive if you look at it purely from a technical standpoint. It's just so different that it tends to throw off new people. But yes.. this new layout borrowed heavily from reddit, I would imagine. They just selected the worst features to do so..
