I have a grill dilemma
So at the restaurant where I work, there's 3 girls, who all look attractive, and all have great personalities and I can actually keep a conversation with all of them and nothing has become awkward at all. So here's my dilemma, I don't know which one to ask out, and I feel weird for liking 3 different girls at once, and I'm also afraid if I ask one of them out, and I get rejected, and try to ask another out, word might get around and they'll get a bad mind set about me. So what should I do?

I had a feeling this would happen. Which is great. Alright. I guess you would have to get pass the challenge of starting conversation.
