My science is probably going to fail miserably here. But since one side of the moon is always facing the Earth, I guess that means that our planet will always be visible in the Moon's skybox. Do you think the earth will rotate as time progresses? By that I mean do you think at times we will be able to see the US whilst at other times we can see Europe, Russia and Asia?
On a side note, I doubt it would be possible due to scale, but it would be incredible if the Traveller was also visible from the moon. It really is these kinds of finite details that I am looking forward to the most.

10 RespuestasUnless we made the moon spin as part of the terraforming process to increase the gravity. Or whatever the hive are doing to the moon made it spin. I personally like the first one

The earth would rotate from the moon. Otherwise we'd be tidally locked.

6 RespuestasEarth would only be visible from certain parts of the moon, the dark side should have no view of earth.

Would be a cool detail, but the engine that created Destiny is not as powefull as we would like. In a few years if they create or buy a next gen gaming engine it might be possible.

4 RespuestasIf you look at the screenshots of the earth from the moon you can see that there is a lot of reflection coming off the earth...more so than is natural. I think this is the traveler causing this
