Tell me how this isn't false advertising.

Hell, I know that the actual burger isn't going to be a picture perfect copy. It's going to be different and flawed because it's being made by human being working minimum wage at a fast food restaurant.
But Jesus -blam!-, the actual burger doesn't even remotely resemble the product being advertised here. They are doing so much "fluffing" of the product to make it look good that they are advertising a product that does not exist.

Well it's good advertising but your Burger Kind just sucks....I'm sorry,mine ain't too good either. Today I went out of town and [i]actually[/i] found a good McDonald's! I was surprised how good their burgers looked and tasted! The employees make all the difference.

Thats nothing new, and eventually we all simply come to expect that every aspect of ads or marketing is utter bullshit. Its all lies that most of us seem to stop caring about or paying attention to after it happens to us a certain number of times.

Because they're still selling you a working product that is put together in the same order as the advertised product. It's the same as buying a paper towel roll that is flattened. It still serves the same purpose, and it's ability and/or effect isn't altered.

It depends on where you go, my burgers from Burger King looks damn close to how they appear on TV. Burger King as a whole shouldn't be getting its ass chewed out because you have a bunch of lazy people behind the counter at your local Burger King.

I went to this one Burger King in a mall when I went to Massachusetts (save me from that word) and the woman that made my burger put so much love and time into my burger it looked just as advertised. So, really it just depends where you go.
