Bad games that you wanted to be good.
One game that everyone claims to be bad that I really liked as a kid was Shadow the Hedgehog. When I was younger I thought was awesome with vehicles, guns and sonic game elements, it seemed perfect. Now that I'm older and I played it again, I noticed how bad it could be sometimes.
What games have you played and really wanted to be good but ended up terrible?

Shadow The Hedgehog. All they would have had to have done is reskin the good levels from SA1 and 2 and have it play out like a regular old Sonic game and they would have been golden.

Bionic Commando (the remake) The game's cool as -blam!- and the multiplayer is great fun but the campaign was so poorly designed. Radiation/water limitations for easymode linear levels and random ass difficulty spikes.

dragon age 2 was an okay game. it was just a horrible dragon age game. needed to be better.

The Star Trek game that was released this year. The game had some patchable glitches, but the devs never bothered to do anything about them.

I am just gonna name a couple that I really thought would keep me content for a very long time. Halo 4 and GTA V. GTA V isn't bad.. But it's just... It gets boring again after the story and Online is meh.. :/
