If you couldn't spawn with the PP and plasma nades then maybe they would be.
-
I always thought previous Halos did vehicles badly. They're basically power weapons with unlimited ammo, and without some mechanic to degrade them overtime, if you have a lock on both of them there is little your opponent can do about it. That said, having PP and sticks off spawn is kind of a bad idea. It should take at least some work to take it out with sustained rifle fire and frags. Without PP and sticks, I feel like ghosts, hogs, mantises, and wraiths are well balanced. Scorpions and banshees are imba as **** and completely deserve the stick and PP spam they get though. So badly designed.

i think you're brain damaged

1 RespuestaI personally think they are fine but you have to realize how these idiots think today. They died while inside one, therefore there is something wrong with the game.

1 Respuesta- People can spawn with 2 Plasma Grenades which only seem to be useful against vehicles in Halo 4. Since the vehicles in Halo 4 are made of plastic, one Plasma Grenade can take one out. - People can also spawn with Plasma Pistols. Enemy Banshee flying overhead? Let me just EMP it with this trusty Plasma Pistol that I can spawn with. Enemy Mantis holding down an are? Let me just EMP it with this Plasma Pistol and let my team mate hijack it. - Personal Ordnance 85% of the time gives you a heavy weapon like a Splaser or Incineration Cannon so you can just use those to take out vehicles... if anyone is using them. This is why vehicles in Halo need to go back to how they were in Halo 2 and Halo 3 where the health on the vehicles depended on the shields of the people operating them. You can take a Ghost or Warthog that's on fire and still kick ass with them without worrying of DMR spam, Sniper Rifle's anti-everything rounds, and personal ordnance. A few years ago I did a test with Halo 2 and Halo 3's grenades on the Scorpion Tank. In Halo 2, it takes about 13 Plasma Grenades to completely destroy a Scorpion and it took around the same amount of Frags to do the same. In Halo 3 it took about 10 Plasma Grenades to destroy a Scorpion and I think 11 with a Frag. In Reach and Halo 4, it only takes about 3 grenades to destroy a tank that hasn't had any damage done to it. That's stupid. That's why I think vehicles should return to the way they were in Halo 2 and Halo 3 so we can have true Halo vehicle combat like we used to have.

I don't think so, though I really don't play it anymore. In Reach, the Banshee was way overpowered, but the vehicles that should have been good (Warthog, Scorpian) were next to worthless. In Halo 3, to me was the best balance of vehicles that I have played. Once they removed the ghosts from Valhalla anyhow.

Vehicles aren't supposed to be balanced with the player.

3 RespuestasWhat makes them allegedly balanced or unbalanced compared to other Halos?

I agree.

Only time we use them is to lol over us attempting to get a roa trip
-
Yeah, because the mantis is 'balanced'.
-
Balanced? If you remove PPs and stickies from loadouts, then yes.
-
11 RespuestasSo what makes them balanced? They seem pretty unbalanced and underpowered to me.

I think they are balanced. The only thing I dislike for anti vehicle people is the ability to spawn with Plasma nades.
